There's a time soon coming when the dome and ice walls containing our known world will open up or even be removed, reconnecting us to our brethren worlds under the greater dome or heaven.
There are three domes or heavens according to the scriptures (2 Corinthians 12:2-4).
The 1st is the sky or heaven we all see under the first dome and the known lands under it. This includes Pangaea or Terra Vista according to Vibes of Cosmos Earth-Moon map.
The 2nd is the greater heaven or dome containing the 178+ worlds of Nocelli in his Nos Confunden map.
Beyond these two is the vast primal cosmos or heaven where the Creator lives and works and which may or may not be enclosed.
 Domes and ice walls can be both protective and restrictive. They are like cell walls or enclosures in the early stages of development. Most are complete ecosystems with a unique signature or life coding and purpose. When mature, they are shed, giving birth to a new and fully developed life form. Our Earth is in such a stage right now. According to Nocelli, the largely negative Custodians and Anunakki built the domes and ice walls around captured worlds to control or "farm" them. Some worlds were created from scratch as experiments. It may be that our entire level plane may have been one gigantic paradise before the conquerors came, free of ice or even domes. Then the invaders came and disrupted everything. They used their highly advanced technology (always a sign of degeneration) to entrap worlds or create them for their own purposes. According to Sibley, they planted enormous pods into the earth which created a biosphere around them. Programmed living conditions (cybernetics) created or modified the beings within. These beings or life forms were then subject to periodic updates (resets) according to the desires of the controllers. We are one of these beings. Every so often the restrictions are relaxed, the domes and ice walls open up, and different worlds are allowed to co-mingle or visit each other. A certain number of inhabitants graduate to higher worlds or realms. We call these the "Golden Ages" Then the restrictions come back again and the cycles repeat.
