This is a major shift, as Neptune which takes 165 years to circle the zodiac, signifies our collective conciousness in twelve 14-year segments or phases. It describes the psyche of vast groups of populations born under each 14 year period but can have a personal effect as well depending on how it is configured in the birth chart.

When Neptune moved into Pisces in 2012 it moved into its home or ruling sign which is its most powerful position. From 2011/12 to 2024/25, the collective psyche of humanity has been in a very solvent or malleable state, in preparation for a new 165-year cycle. It's a kind of psychological restart or reset for the next paradigm or historical era. The last dissolving occurred roughly between 1847 and 1861 when Neptune was also in Pisces, and after which we began our current modern era.

The last Neptune in Pisces period(2011-2025) has slowly dissolved or dismantled the structure of our current world era or civilization whether we want to admit it or not. It doesn't work anymore no matter how hard we try to preserve it and must let go of it for the new era to begin. It ended dramatically with the last 4 or 5 years of the covid period which changed permanently our long held cherished beliefs about the state of our institutions and society. We can no longer trust the status quo and must restart anew on an entirely different basis.

Neptune in Aries(2025-2039) begins the rebuilding phase of our society and institutions for the next 165 years. New methods of business and trade and restructuring and everything else. It will be very new, disruptive, and unsettling at first, especially for the older generations, but it must be done and done quickly. Lots of initiative, ingenuity, and entrepreneurship is required by educated leaders to make the new era or paradigm a reality. The problem is there will be more than one competing plan which will result in wars and fighting, until the strongest or smartest wins out. We can see this now in the various governments and corporations and secret societies and even different religions and ET's vying for their own vision of the new world order.

Neptune and Aries are two very different qualities. Neptune is malleable and mutable while Aries is highly poignant and forceful. One is feminine or negative and the other is masculine or positive. Lots of interesting or even weird outcomes will result from this transit. People born with this placement will be highly restless and agitated souls who will want results quickly and often violently or forcefully and this will reflect the atmosphere of the transit of this placement. There will be little patience or thoughtfulness under this transit. People have had enough of sleeping it off and doing nothing under Neptune in Pisces and are now ready for action and force under Neptune in Aries. If governments and other control institutions think they can put one over on the people during this transit they are in for a big surprise. People are fed up and angry and will take matters into their own hands. Expect to see people leaving their jobs, houses, relationships, or even families, on a moments notice without caring for the consequences. Following one's gut or impulse is the rule now, not some made up law designed to slow you down. Yes, it may result in error or tragedy, but that's part of the process or price. Aries is the newborn infant of the zodiac, and infants learn mostly through trial and error.

On a world or collective level, this transit can signify a general restlessness and impatience in the masses with a need for quick change and action. There will be lots of exploring and moving about and a willingness to try new or different things. People will discover and invent things and share freely and unselfishly. New types of energy vehicles or devices especially those that run steam or water will be desired now. Hydrogen-powered cars and hydroelectric power will be big during Neptune in Aries. Oil or petrol as fuel will still be used but there will be an increase in spills and fires with such. Water sports and activities will be popular now as will be underwater exploration.

Neptune in Aries is likely to be a more chaotic, argumentative, combative, and noisy time in general. You will feel the extra energy and intensity in the air. People will be seem to be in your way more and it will be easy for you to pick a fight. People with Aries planets will especially be triggered and Pisces types will be more awake and agitated and goaded into action. People will also be more sensitive about their faces and identities in general. Headaches and sensitive eye problems or conditions may also increase. People will in general be thinking more about themselves and have less sympathy for others. Selfish pursuits or obsessions will abound. Cars, tools, and armaments will be particularly attractive as these give a sense of power and purpose. Chasing after the opposite (or same) sex will also be a favorite pastime or challenge. Anything that engages the self to the fullest will be sought after.

Neptune in Aries is also Canada's first Neptune return which means that this country is in for an overhaul, at least on the psychological level. Canadians are just now entering a crisis of identity phase as if about to awaken from some grand illusion. This illusion or delusion of identity will come into focus during Neptune's transit through in Aries. It's funny how Canada's current Prime Minister, Mark Carney, personally embodies this Pisces/Aries transit of Neptune through his Sun in Pisces and Mercury in Aries.
